We currently ship within Nigeria, to the United States and the United Kingdom. If your location is not on the list, please contact us, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to track the progress of your shipment.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. Please ensure that your shipping address is secure, and consider tracking your package closely.

Ensure that complaints are raised immediately and the outfit returned within 24 - 48 hours after the order is received within Lagos. While for orders outside Lagos, kindly waybill the item back to us within 48 - 72 hrs after delivery. Once the item is received and inspected against damages, a replacement of the same outfit will be delivered. If the outfit is sold out, shoppers can substitute by selecting another outfit or converting said amount to stored credit. For exchange outside of the above stated, T & C Apply and discharge fee will be charged accordingly. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
We do not make refunds for items processed, sent out of store already, or items delivered. Refunds can only be made in the following cases:

We are an online store, as such, we deliver to your doorstep within Lagos (2 -3 working days), while we deliver via terminal pickup to locations outside Lagos (doorstep delivery available in certain areas in Abuja, Lagos or Port Harcourt) within 4 - 7 working days and tracking ID issued.
Therefore always pay the delivery fee alongside your order and be assured your order will be delivered.
If your order is not delivered within the timeframe, kindly reach out to our sales agent via DM and they’ll rectify it immediately.
We currently do not allow pick-up from our warehouse due to order processing procedures and to avoid mixups, consequently, should there be reasons for you to pick-up from any of our designated locations, a text message or email will be issued with details of pick-up.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide instructions for returning the damaged item.
